This site keeps data collection simple and limited to what helps AWARENSS share music directly and understand whether the website is working.

Email list

When you join the private list, the email address you submit is stored so AWARENSS can provide the subscriber pack and send occasional emails about new releases, artist news, events, and private drops. By joining, you consent to those emails. Your address is not sold and is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. You can do either at any time by emailing hello@awarenss.com.

Subscriber downloads are provided for personal listening only and personal wallpaper use. Copyright remains with AWARENSS. Commercial use, redistribution, sync, sampling, remixing, and resale require written permission.

Website interactions

The site records limited first-party interaction information such as page visits, button clicks, signup success, referring page, campaign tags, approximate viewport size, and a temporary session identifier. This helps improve the music, signup, press, and store experience. The interaction log does not include the email address you type into a form.

Embedded and linked services

Spotify players and links to Spotify, SoundCloud, Apple Music, and the AWARENSS store may be operated by third-party services. Their own privacy terms apply when you load or visit them.
